NO WINNERS: (stories for when we get successful)

We are yet to see anyone who has never wanted to succeed.
Some of us are still pursuing success, while some have given up.
And of course, there are some of us who have succeeded already.
However, a disturbing belief is that one has to be a winner in order to reach this milestone.

Where there is a winner, there has to be a loser.
And like in a game, we have to follow a set of rules.
But success of an individual does not follow the same rules which the next individual used.
Hence, we find ourselves in a predicament of not understanding why we keep losing.

If rules are not the same, why are we obsessed with winning?
Yes, habits of the successful may be the same, but they all approach certain things in a different way.
We may see them as winning, because our very definition of winning is based on always having an opponent.
Is that why some of us are depressed when they cannot figure out who their opponent is anymore?

There may be a different approach, like seeking something even much bigger than success.
Something which can out last us as individuals, something does not have to require “winning”.
An understanding that at times there shall be bad days, but mostly it will be good days.
And after everything, we all find ourselves giving a helping hand to the person next door, because we see family instead of a rival.

THAT IS THE LEGACY WE MUST STRIVE FOR, BECAUSE WE NEED EACH OTHER MORE THAN WE CAN ELIMINATE ONE ANOTHER.
WE CAN CO EXIST
WE ARE THE GELTONNATION

I exist, you exist. Why are you making yourself or anyone feel nonexistent?
