Beneath my feet, I feel the Earth breathe

BE the breeze, the air, feel the cold winds

Believe, the healing powers, they are not against you

Rise Above the pain

and feel the rain’

cause peace shall reign

Ease

Inhale and exhale, observe the bad as it evaporates

Let in, the good like dust sucked into a vacuum

Exhale the fears, the doubt, all insecurities

Inhale life, let go of impurities

Analyse

Observe your thoughts

Let them pass as they are not you

Don’t let them control you

Filter the bad and let live

T

Time

Give yourself time

Be in the now and not taken by the tick tock

E

Elevate

Learn from the past and never look back

Use past experiences to equip you further
